The warranty only covers products sold by My Pocket Ultrasound and purchased through this website or one of our authorised dealers.

Warranty Coverage

Your My Pocket Ultrasound Products are covered by a one-year warranty from the date of purchase (determined by the invoice date). This warranty protects you against defects in materials and workmanship under normal regular use and conditions.

What is Included

• Battery replacement within the warranty period if capacity drops below 80%
• Free repair or replacement of defective parts or components
• Labour costs associated with the repairs or replacements
• Return shipping costs for warranty-related service

Exclusions

This warranty does strong not cover:

• Damage to the transducer head and / or the transducer covering, including but not limited to needle / sharp object injuries
• Damage due to misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper handling
• Damage caused by unauthorized modifications, disassembling, removing seals or attempted repairs
• Cosmetic damage that does not affect product functionality
• Normal wear and tear or consumable parts

Warranty Claim Procedure

To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

3. Follow the instructions provided by our support team to ship the product to our designated service center.

Warranty Service

Upon receiving your claim, we will inspect the product. If the product meets warranty conditions, we will repair or replace the unit and ship it back to you promptly. If the unit cannot be repaired or replaced with the same model, we will provide a functionally equivalent replacement.

Limitation of Liability

Our sole responsibility under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the product. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the My Pocket Ultrasound Products.
